Duncan Lahke

Duncan Lahke is a Greater Cincinnati REALTOR® with Lahke Total Homes at Comey & Shepherd REALTORS®, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Warren, Butler, Hamilton, and Clermont Counties. His primary service areas include Mason, West Chester, Liberty Township, Loveland, Blue Ash, Deerfield Township, Lebanon, Maineville, and Cincinnati’s northeastern suburbs. A Cincinnati native, Duncan grew up in Terrace Park, graduated from Mariemont High School, and attended the University of Cincinnati. His deep local knowledge and straightforward communication help clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, new construction, and their next stage of homeownership.

With more than eight years as a licensed real estate agent, Duncan has closed over 100 transactions and more than $25 million in career sales. He ranks among the top 10% of local real estate agents based on MLS production and has been recognized by the REALTOR® Alliance of Cincinnati and the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club. Before entering real estate, Duncan spent more than 20 years in medical-device sales and sales management, developing extensive experience in negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and client service.

Many of his clients have lived in their homes for decades and need guidance coordinating the sale of their current home with the purchase or construction of their next one.
